I was a little slow at getting this drawing done--- I wasn't really feeling it. I kind of feel a little blah about Girly Do's right now. I love doing it and I have so many idea's in my head, but I just feel like the love isn't there anymore. So I have some thinking to do--- maybe I will just do my hair do's on my family blog for those who are readers and stop this one--- maybe I am just finished.

Not a cry fest--- don't worry about that--- I just am going to school full time, have two kids in school and a baby with milk allergies, sleep apnea and needing tonsils out. If I can throw something on the chopping block I would think it would be Girly Do's if we are done--- let me know. I still love Girly Do's and it is a nice relaxing way to spend my time, but if you aren't feeling it then... who knows.

Beans has been needing a change in her hair style and has been asking me all kinds of ways we could change it--- We finally agreed on one--- tune in later this week to see what we end up doing. Unless (of course) we decide we are done here.

  3. Oh man Jenn. Please don't kill the site. I know how much stuff you've got going on right now - but just let the site go dormant - don't delete it. Don't combine it. Just let it be. Just think of all those little girls who won't ever see your styles in the future if you get rid of it. I know you may not care right now & are soooo busy but it's not going to hurt anything if you just leave it be. Good luck making your decision. YOu know I love you girl. I love the new look of your site too - I go away for a few days and see what happens? You change things up! You're amazingly talented GF. HUGS!

  4. I just found your blog recently and love it! I hope you won't delete it. I know how chaotic life can get (I have 5 kids, 4 of which are 8 and younger). Don't pressure yourself so much, maybe just post when the mood strikes, even if it's just once a month or even once a season! Hope you can find a good balance. :)

    2. PLEASE DON'T STOP THIS BLOG!!!!!!!!! there are those of us who are just waking up to the possibilities of doing our daughter's hair in more than just a ponytail so we NEED YOU! In the very least, please leave the blog up! =0)BUT, if you ENJOY it, and it's a hobby for you to blog (provides relaxation) and you're only thinking about quitting because of your readers, then PLEASE reconsider!   23. I would completely understand if you felt the need to stop posting, but I sincerely hope it would only be for a season! I love your blog, my 3 girls really enjoy seeing what fun stuff I find to do to their hair from here. It's not long enough for all the styles yet, so they have a lot to look forward to as it grows. As another commenter said, even if you only update once in awhile, or take a nice long break for awhile without posting at all, whatever you need to keep your health (and whatever sanity we moms have =P). I do hope you don't decide to delete the blog, though.

  26. I am a cyber stalker as well. I don't leave comments much because it leaves my hubby's name and I usually only have a few minutes to look and then be done. I love your site, I check it constantly. If you do decide to quit, please leave the site up so that we can have access to it. My little girl isn't quite old enough to have all of the wonderful hair do's done on her yet. She is almost 2 and I am so excited for when she is older to try some of the fabulous ideas on her. My daughter is only 16 months and doesn't have very much hair...but I follow your blog and can't wait for the day I can do more than just a little clip (and now a tiny side pony). :) Thanks for sharing what you do. I hope you'll keep it up as you're able...I think we'd all be happy with a post just every once in awhile. Next year my girl turns 3 and will hopefully get enough hair in to do more styles than just those on top of her head. :) And I need ideas when she gets enough hair! Please at least leave the site up. We donated my dd's hair to Locks of Love at the beginning of the summer, and her hair is just now at a length that we can 'do' her hair again. I hope you stay around to give us more ideas!

  46. Hi! I knew you were amazing, but I had no idea you were Superwoman. You sure do have a lot going on and that must take a toll. I do hope things get better for you! I too am going to school full time and my dh just got layed off from work so life is pretty stressful around here. However, when I first got into hair blogging and I saw your ideas I never thought I could do them. Now, with a lot of practice of course mine don't turn out as good as yours but at least I can do it. You have inspired me and it has become so much fun and it has brought my dd and me so much closer. When I just have had a horrible day and I think I can't do it anymore I go to my computer and I smile. You make me smile. So, as selfish as this sounds Jenn you just can't quit because we love your styles and we need you!!

I can't imagine not having your blog around. I totally understand being busy, and we obviously want what's best for you and your family. Maybe you could just scale it back a little. As much as I would love to see a post from you every day, we would all totally understand if you just post occasionally if it means keeping you around. Also, I LOVE how you are always changing the look of your sight and adding new things all the time, but if that takes too much time, we're OK with just a plain old site that shows your amazing 'dos.
